Nonmedical accompaniment
Practical help for unfamiliar appointments and daily arrangements.

What RAUQ coordinates
- Arrange agreed assistance with navigating appointments and practical errands.
- Plan the hours and tasks with the family before the service begins.
Who makes the decisions
Nonmedical accompaniment does not include nursing, emergency care, lifting or clinical monitoring. Clinical assistance must be arranged with qualified providers.
A clear quotation
Hours, travel, waiting time and any out-of-hours arrangement need an agreed quotation.
How it usually works
- We agree the tasks and hours with you before the stay.
- A companion helps with practical errands and with finding the way to appointments.
- Any change to the hours is agreed and confirmed in writing.
Agree the details before you begin.
Your service scope should confirm the tasks, timing, availability, fees, payment recipient and cancellation terms. A request is the start of a conversation; it is not a booking.
