Privacy notice
Understand the information requested in the public forms and the purpose of initial coordination.
Who is responsible
The controller responsible for personal data on this website under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is: Rauq GmbH i.G., Königsbrücker Str. 6C, 01099 Dresden, Germany. Email: contact@rauq.de. Write to this address for any privacy question or request.
What the request form collects
The request form asks for your name, country of residence, preferred language, how and when to contact you, and practical planning answers: the kind of support, who the request is for, destination, timing, the number of people travelling, who will pay and the practical help needed. The partner form asks for business contact and organization details. Please do not include health histories, identity documents or information about other patients.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
We use your details only to handle your request and the coordination you ask for. This is a step you request before any agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Where your answers may reveal a health-related interest, we rely on your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future, for example by replying to our email. We do not use your request for marketing.
Who receives your information
Only authorized RAUQ staff who handle your request. IONOS SE (Germany) hosts our server and our email within the EU and processes data on our behalf. A healthcare provider or another supplier receives information only after you have agreed, and only what is needed for the step you agreed to. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep request data as long as it is needed to handle your request and any coordination that follows, then delete it, unless statutory retention periods, for example for business correspondence and invoices, require us to keep it longer.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data and to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, write to the email address above.
Before sharing more information
An initial request is not a medical-record upload. If further information is needed, we first agree with you who will receive it, why it is needed and how it is shared securely. Please do not send another person’s information without their authority.
