Submitting a website enquiry does not create a paid booking. Rauq GmbH i.G. first confirms the requested services, timing, fees and payment arrangements in a written quotation. A service begins only after the relevant agreement has been made.

The agreed scope may include provider enquiries, appointments, document organization, language support and travel arrangements. RAUQ does not diagnose, prescribe or deliver medical treatment. Providers decide clinical suitability, admission, treatment and fitness to travel.

RAUQ coordination fees are separate from healthcare, accommodation, transport, interpreting and other supplier charges unless the written quotation expressly includes them. Extra services require a separate agreement. Treatment contracts are made with the healthcare provider; other suppliers confirm their own availability, prices and conditions.

Contact us promptly if your plans change. The written agreement explains the applicable change and cancellation conditions. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, the relevant notice and withdrawal form must be provided before the contract is concluded. Sending an enquiry does not waive a withdrawal right or authorize an early start of paid work.

Provide accurate practical information and confirm that you are authorized to act for anyone else. Medical records and identity documents are shared only through a separately agreed secure process. The privacy notice explains how initial enquiry data is handled.
