What RAUQ coordinates

  • Help identify the documents a provider requests and organize them consistently.
  • Coordinate a suitable secure route for document transfer after initial contact.

Who makes the decisions

RAUQ does not diagnose, amend medical findings or replace a provider’s review. Do not upload or send medical records through the public enquiry form.

A clear quotation

Translation, certification and additional provider requirements may need a separate quotation.

How it usually works

  1. The provider lists the documents it needs.
  2. We help you collect them and check that each one is complete and readable.
  3. The documents travel through a secure route agreed with the provider, never the public form.

Agree the details before you begin.

Your service scope should confirm the tasks, timing, availability, fees, payment recipient and cancellation terms. A request is the start of a conversation; it is not a booking.
